Workflow Plus - Free Fields

Workflow Plus extends the standard free fields by providing additional fields across multiple field types, with up to 150 fields available depending on the field type.

Enhanced Features:

• Freeze Everyone Prevents further comments from being added for Multiple Type Requests.

• Comment above freeze - Displays the remarks section above the freeze line.

Free Text fields can be configured as clickable hyperlinks. URL parameters can be populated dynamically using values from other request fields. Example Use Case: Store a package tracking number in one field: Click hyperlink to open tracking website with that number pre-filled.

Result: Clicking hyperlink opens document search with “Text” and “Created by” fields pre-populated from request data.
